1) What is the order cut-off time?

The order cut off time is 2pm every working day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed in next working day.

2) How many days does it take to receive the products after ordering?

Delivery is within three working days after the order was confirmed or can be pick up at the shop. Please note that delivery is not available on Sundays and public holidays.

3) How to enjoy free delivery?

Spend upon $500 can enjoy free delivery. For orders below $500, minimum delivery fee is $40 shall apply.

4) Can I modify the shipping method?

Once your order has been confirmed, you are not allowed to change the shipping method. If you wish to modify the delivery method, please email us at to check the delivery status.

5) Is delivery available outside Hong Kong? We offer shipping Hong Kong region only and the area covered by SF Express in Hong Kong.
