Outdoor Star strives to ensure a high-quality after-sales guarantee services. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at cs@outdoorstar.com.hk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Conditions for Exchange and Return
We only accept the exchange and return applications under the conditions below:
Damaged or defective products
Lack of the parts or damage
Size does not match
The goods have not been used or washed
Have the original sales receipt
Product packaging, accessories, hangtags and gifts or coupons (if attached) are kept in good condition and will not affect secondary sales
Not Applicable for Exchange or Return
Damage caused by improper used
Discounted items or redeemed goods
Food & beverage and all close-fitting items such as underwear, hat/cap, gloves, socks, swimwear etc
Not accept exchange or return due to color discrepancy. The color of all products may be slightly different due to the computer screen settings, and everything is subject to the actual product.
Exchange/Return Procedures and Rules
Email us at cs@outdoorstar.com.hk with photos within 7 days of receiving the goods (subject to the date of receipt) for the application
We shall reply within 3 working days upon receipt the application. We may need the customer to provide further information about the usage or storage whether to accept the application of exchange or not.
If the exchange application is accepted, please bring the goods together with original receipt and completed packaging such as label tags, manuals and gift or coupons (if applicable) to our shop in person within 7 days.
We shall inspect the exchanged goods whether it meets the conditions of exchange. If yes, we shall proceed the arrangement.
The delivery cost or other financial expenses will not be refunded
Each item will only be exchanged once.
If the goods are out of stock for exchange, we shall arrange to refund.
The refund will be deposited to the original payment account and not to other accounts.

If the product is purchased for more than seven days, or the product has been used, worn, or washed, it will be treated as a used product and must be handled in accordance with the warranty terms of each brand. Damaged goods will only be repaired rather than replaced, and applications for return will not be accepted.
This Exchange, Returns and Refunds policy is only applicable to the Online Shop.
