After the payment was completed, the customer will receive a confirmation notification email. We will arrange to deliver the goods by SF Express within 3 working days (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not included) or the customer can select to pick up at shop.
Free shipment is available for a purchase of HK$500 or more (after discount) within the area of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and courier coverage by SF Express.
If the discounted price of the order is less than HK$500, and delivery service is required, the shipping fee will be charged. It will be automatically calculated in the shopping cart before checkout.
If the goods are returned due to the incomplete delivery address or no one receives the goods, the customer can request to send it again. However, the freight paid previously cannot be refunded. In additional, the freight for the resent goods will be automatically set to collect mode and paid by the customer. If the customer cannot be contacted within 14 days, it will be deemed to give up the goods, and no refund applications will be accepted.
If you choose to pick up the goods at the shop, the customer should pick up the goods within 14 days from the date of arrival at the shop. Otherwise, it will be deemed to give up the goods, and no refund applications will be accepted.
The company will do the best to pack the goods in a safety condition, but we cannot guarantee the goods from damaged or lost in transit. If the goods purchased by the customer contain glass products or fragile items, we suggest you choose to pick up at our shop.
